  1. Excellent tips, Julie … and way to use the power of video! Well done.

  2. BTW, one of my favorite time-saving tips helps to deviate from the natural wishy-washiness:

Review the next day’s calendar events (to-dos) at the close of each day. Our mind then tends to prepare/organize itself around our intentions.

    • Thanks Steve! I love the daily wrap-up and you nail it exactly: intention has amazing power to organize us!

  3. Hi Julie! – Great tip! So true! I love watching you vs. just listening to you! Congratulations on your great progress! – Hooray!

    • Thanks so much Cena! I think I am going to like this video thing:)

  4. Congratulations Julie. Love the video format.

Great tips. Funny how we really know about these but just do not do them. Thanks for the encouragement.

Last week we set administrative times when my husband & I are in the office together focusing our energies on what needs to be done. Excellent results and benefits.

    Thanks again, Elaine

    • Thank you Elaine! I love the results that can come from channeling your team’s energy into one area of the business for a certain amount of time. Thank you for sharing that tip!

  5. Thanks, Julie! Very useful tips.

Suggestion: Consider opening your video presentation by stating the tips as bullet points, proceding on to expand on each tip, then restating the tips to close. We learn by repetition!

  7. Julie,
These three tips refine my thinking by taking it to the next level in terms of helping me add new ways to “save” and “spend” my energy. The video is a great touch and it’s connective. Nice job!

    • I appreciate the comments Judith – a huge focus for me is raising our awareness around our own energy levels and just how critical it is to maintaining our systems!
