You’re just awesome Julie! And getting better all the time. I have problems with organizing myself but always eat healthy. And I’m super organized in the kitchen and with my meals. I enjoyed your presentation. Hope to see you next Wed. I do have a suggestion for you.
Thank you Robert! Isn’t it interesting how when we are clear about how important something is to us – it becomes easier to organize and find time for? I really appreciate your sharing. And yes – I will be there on Wednesday!
I loved hearing about your food experience. I’m often blogging about my eating (local, healthy food) and have a hard time tying this into my organizing business. I also just started a cleanse to get to the bottom of some health problems and try to determine if I’m gluten/wheat intolerant. So, thank you for sharing and I’m inspired to keep on eating healthy and even sharing this experience with my clients on my blog and in person.
Thank you Heather for your comments. That is exactly why I am trying out this cleanse too – I just want to see what this stuff is doing to my body. Your people want to hear about your food experiences – that I am sure of!
I could not agree with you more Julie! I find I don’t eat as healthy as I do when I plan for it. I’ve even got to the point where I’m planning for 2 weeks of meals at a time, because I don’t want to make the 25 minute trip to Wegmans every week. Madison and I don’t even put the produce away without washing it anymore. I’ve found that when I wash the produce, wrap it in a paper towel and then put it in plastic wrap, it will keep for 2 weeks. If we don’t prep the produce, we will most likely not eat it and end up throwing it away or giving it to the pigs down the road. I’ve found paper towel will soak up the moisture from the produce item -this will make it last longer.
Kate – this is a great tip! I am going to have to try it. It gets so frustrating when all of my veggies go bad so soon. Two weeks ahead of time is amazing! Good for you. Thanks for commenting – hope you and Madison are doing great!
