    Feels like you’re in witness protection with the silloette, haha – but all jokes aside – I will give some thought to the coaching program. I see value in it.

  2. As I listened and watched, I thought, Julie’s talking about establishing boundaries. Finally, three minutes in, you said it and I had to look at the tile of the video and confirm you were talking about time. As a strategy for time management, establishing boundaries is a unique point of view. Typically, we think of boundaries in a different personal relationship context. In many ways, the inability to say no is an enabling behavior; destructive behavior for many reasons, including time. A thought provoking segment! Well done.
