Julie Gray, PCC

Professional Certified Coach

As a certified professional life coach, I help people reduce stress, overcome anxiety, and stop procrastinating through proven professional coaching methods that lead greater productivity, resilience, and well-being. I have worked with hundreds of professionals, groups, and teens since starting opening my practice in 2007.

Our stuck habits – procrastination, anxiety, overthinking, overworking, stress, escapist activities – are wonderful clues as to where we aren’t in alignment with who we are and what we want out of life.

Realignment isn’t about forcing yourself into a new strategy, technique or idea but rather seeing your full experience – who you fundamentally are – and the dissolution of thought and freedom from stuck habits that naturally results.

The implications of this deeper understanding are vast – greater productivity, creativity, and well-being. There is more ease in our experience – allowing life to unfold. Less need to control or manage everything. There is an unwinding that occurs as we get clearer on what it means to make life really work for you.
