Throughout the year I offer day-long retreats for 3 – 5 people in my own home outside of Middleburg, Virginia.
Each retreat day has it’s own theme – an area of focus where you would like to get unstuck or have more insight and clarity.
As a small group we dive in together, into the core understanding of how thoughts and feelings impact behaviors and the practical space that lives underneath all the noise.
From here we get more clarity on what to do next – whether we are discussing productivity, procrastination, managing cravings, anxiety, or stress.
These days is not necessarily about creating a laundry list of next steps but about generating insightful action. And how you can continue to do that each day moving forward.
This is a distinction you can leverage for life.
“My work with Julie has transformed my life and my internal world at a pace that has been comfortable for me. The work is subtle but it goes deep. I found myself beginning to change without all the efforting and desperate self-help activities that are so in vogue now (and that had never worked for me).
Julie’s work has been life changing in the realms of time management, however I personally consider her work “become authentic to yourself’ coaching.” ~ Nancy
Get Ahead of 2020: Reflect, Recharge, Realign Retreat
Friday, December 13th from 10:00am – 3:00pm
For this day-long exploration we will be taking a break from the busyness of the holiday season and stepping back to reflect on 2019 and what is in store for 2020.
This will be a different conversation than your standard push toward New Year’s Goals. We’ll tap into the inherent motivation present at this time of year and look at goals from a new angle. This results in a practical day-to-day impact that doesn’t involve your needing to monitor yourself every step of the way. The day is seeing the nature of goals, progress, accomplishment in a new light – one that can bring greater ease for the year to come.
