Throughout the year I offer day-long retreats for 3 – 5 people in my own home outside of Middleburg, Virginia.
Each retreat day has it’s own theme – an area of focus where you would like to get unstuck or have more insight and clarity.
As a small group we dive in together, into the core understanding of how thoughts and feelings impact behaviors and the practical space that lives underneath all the noise.
From here we get more clarity on what to do next – whether we are discussing productivity, procrastination, managing cravings, anxiety, or stress.
These days is not necessarily about creating a laundry list of next steps but about generating insightful action. And how you can continue to do that each day moving forward.
This is a distinction you can leverage for life.

Where is Middleburg, Virginia?
Middleburg, Virginia is a town of approximately 800 people located 40 miles west of Washington, DC and 35 minutes from Dulles International Airport. The quaint streets are filled with antique and clothing shops, art studios, and delicious local fare. Stay for the weekend and explore the wineries, local attractions, and beautiful hikes in the Shenandoah Valley.
Our retreat location is quiet and comfortable. You will be able to relax. Lunch will be provided. A list of local accommodations are also available to those looking to extend their stay.
