The Flow of Our Day
Our morning will be spent with Shari Goodwin, Business Strategist, Leadership Coach, best-selling Author, and Equine Specialist and her team of horses.
Horses reflect your energy, emotion, and clarity and give you feedback on how you’re showing up in the world. This experiential process will be conducted unmounted, no riding or horse experience necessary. You will leave this session with a practical understanding of how you express yourself and clear takeaways for enhance what works for you.
We will then enjoy a delicious lunch and share the afternoon with Executive Coach, Trainer, and Wine Specialist Julie Gray.
Through a unique wine tasting experience, we will continue an exploration of the senses, our own intuitive awareness, and the powerful metaphors wine can offer on how to live more fully expressed and with greater productivity and creativity.
No wine experience or drinking is required. Non-alcoholic options will be available. You will walk away from this session with a deep understanding of how you can navigate the stress of life with far greater ease.

Location: Shari’s beautiful and relaxing horse farm in Marshall, VA. Enjoy gorgeous views and nourishing food throughout the day.
Format: The group is limited to 10 to keep the experience cozy and connected. There will be exercises throughout to engage the senses and inspire engaged and productive discussion.

In the event of inclement weather this event will be rescheduled. Any ticket will be refunded if you are unable to attend the alternate date.
About Your Facilitators
Shari Goodwin is an innovative business strategist, leadership coach, author, speaker, and horsewoman with over 25 years of experience, including starting four companies and serving as Director of Program Strategy for a global engineering firm. One of her start-ups, an IT staffing and consulting firm, generated $2.1 million in its first year. As a former environmental scientist, she led the development of winning proposals valued to $65 million.
She owns Jaeger2 and is author of the inspirational Amazon best-seller, Take the Reins! 7 Secrets to Inspired Leadership. Shari holds a Master’s degree in biology, undergraduate degrees in Zoology and English, and is certified in executive coaching and equine-assisted psychotherapy. Shari was a founding member of the Board for George Mason University’s Women in Business Initiative and is a member of Women in Technology, the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce, the Equine Experiential Education Association, and the International Coach Federation.
Julie Lisabeth Gray, PCOC, PCC has worked with hundreds of professionals and students around the world since starting her practice in 2007. Her unique process guides others to naturally navigate their way to greater productivity, creativity, and well-being.
Using a simple understanding that naturally quiets overthinking, anxiety, and stress, this unconventional approach doesn’t require more willpower and discipline – only a willingness to see your own built-in resources for insight, resiliency, and effectiveness.
