You are invited to spend once a week – for an hour – connecting with other like-minded souls that are committed to de-stressing and savoring this holiday season – in their own way.
Let’s be clear:
This group isn’t about being perfectly organized and on top of every last detail this holiday season.
This group IS about supporting each other to release the societal pressure of perfection, de-stressing, and focusing on what you want most of out this time of year – savoring the season in your own way.
Here are some of the topics we may explore as a group:
- Focusing on what’s important and eliminating obligations and distractions
- Releasing thoughts and feelings that drain your time and energy
- Easing the overwhelm and stress of managing family dynamics
- Navigating food and cravings and self-care with less stress
- Allowing space and time to be present with yourself, family, and friends
The group itself will decide which topics it most wants to explore together.
Each session we will look at simple, logical ways to destress and recenter on what you want most. There will be space for laser coaching and to support each other in the group.
This 8 week group will meet once a week starting on Friday, November 9th at 12pm ET/9am PT for 1 hour. All sessions will be held over Zoom (video optional) and will be recorded. Our final session will be held on December, 28th.
