A New Twist on Productivity and Procrastination

Surely, you’ve experienced the relief and appreciation of a good time management strategy that helps you get more done without working so hard. This is why there are a gazillion productivity strategies out there and more being added to the mix everyday.

But what happens when life circumstances throw you off balance, the strategy’s effectiveness (or your willpower) diminishes over time, and you can’t get yourself to do what you know you need to do? It is very easy to get frustrated with yourself and assume you don’t have the discipline it takes to make lasting changes.

This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Strategies and systems are one piece of the puzzle – not the whole solution. We need to move the conversation beyond the next trendy technique or strategy to include the foundation on which your strategies rest. As you begin to see how life is working from the inside-out – you become more aware of how many resources you have at your disposal at all times – and can leverage them when managing the ups and downs of your experience.

Creating change from this angle is the critical juncture in which I coach, speak, and train.

Testimonial

“Between presenting at our office and providing individual coaching to nearly a dozen staff members throughout our organization, the fundamental takeaway was that Julie knows the ins and outs of productivity. She takes an unconventional approach that allows people to develop their own solutions – which makes them stick. Those who worked with Julie saw an increase in their overall productivity and ability to manage their stress.”

Jonathan Cogley

Founder Thycotic Software, Washington, DC

“Julie has such a way of presenting information that is easy to understand, easy to implement and easy to keep taking action on. Before working with Julie, I was spending way too much time in my office being busy. Julie taught me how to be effective rather than busy. I am more productive, more efficient and leave my office earlier every day, which in turn makes me happier!"

Kim Ravida

Health Coach, Boston, MA

“Julie is patient, a good coach, and really works to understand your objectives up front and throughout your time working together. I simply cannot recommend her enough. She is a line item in my budget – that’s how much I value her.”
