Are You So Far Behind It Feels Impossible To Stop?
Habit Change
Most people have no idea just how much you do in a day.
Between the demands of your job, taking care of your family, managing the house, and squeezing in a few minutes of social time if you’re lucky – it can feel like everyday is a marathon.
What’s especially frustrating is when you work so hard and do so much and still don’t feel caught up at the end of the day.
You feel trapped living at a warp-speed pace that creates a lot of guilt and worry over what you are missing out on.
Things like spending quality time with your family and fully taking care of yourself.
Or bigger projects that you would love to dive into – like writing that book, painting, or starting that new business – if only you could get caught up first.
These thoughts create so much anxiety and overwhelm that you do the only logical thing you can think of: Work harder. Push more.
Which makes sense. If you can just get caught up you could finally spend time on what you really enjoy.
Here’s what I want you to know: this approach doesn’t work.
Working harder and longer only creates more guilt, anxiety, and overwhelm.
But there is a way out of this vicious cycle. There is a way to free yourself from these oppressive emotions, regain control, and feel confident in your ability to make progress everyday.
It isn’t easy but it works. Shifting your approach to life just slightly will give you the boost of clarity, focus, and peace of mind that you crave.
Here’s what you need to do: slow down a little.
Not a lot but a little.
Slowing down and aligning your life can be one of the most productive things you ever do. It allows you to find extra time in your schedule, clarify your current priorities, and dramatically decrease the amount of overwhelm you feel.
Remember: you set the pace of your day. No one else. You are always at choice.
Once you own this you will be able to slowly and steadily so no to more, say yes to you and find the mental space to create more time in your schedule.
No matter how overwhelmed you feel this is doable.
I have just launched a brand-new program to make this process as easy, fun, and simple as possible. Click here for details.
