This program was developed through my own experience of living out of alignment – feeling chronically overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, procrastinating and escaping into overwork, overeating, TV and other avoidant activities.
Several years ago I stumbled upon an entirely different way of navigating life that truly changed how I interacted with myself – and life – on a day-to-day basis. The same can be said for the vast majority of my clients.
What has resulted from this continued exploration is a deeper sense of trust in myself that I know how to move life forward in a way that is fundamentally aligned who I am and what I want. More gets accomplished with far less stress and overwhelm.
I’ve watched myself and my clients move outside of their comfort zones in ways that didn’t seem possible. Old patterns of thought and feeling quiet down or get eliminated entirely. Escapism and procrastinating no longer look like a useful or logical way to spend time.
This program goes deep and frankly it isn’t for everyone. It isn’t going to be useful if you don’t resonate with it – just like everything else. This isn’t the next hot trend or panacea that leaves you perfectly zenned out and positive. We still get to have the ups and downs of our human experience. It does wildly change our experience of those ups and downs thought. It is different from a traditional approach to stress, anxiety, and general time management. This isn’t therapy.

How Coaching Works
Bi-Monthly Coaching Sessions:
Typically we meet over the phone or Zoom twice a month.
Schedule permitting, sessions can be scheduled in-person if that is preferred. Travel fees apply beyond the Washington, D.C. area.
Private Insight Coaching Retreat
For those that want accelerated results, I offer a day of coaching where we dive into the areas you are most interested in creating change.
This day-long experience includes over 4 hours of coaching, lunch, and additional resources. The day can also include other people if that is preferred.
Retreats are held in-person at a relaxing location in Middleburg, VA, at your own location, or virtually over Zoom.
